Our website address is: https://philstenzelhealthfoundation.org. We are a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting people facing mental health problems including veterans and those affected by homelessness.

We do not sell your data. We only share information with third-party services essential to running our shop (like payment processors mentioned above) or if required by law for tax and accounting purposes. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information provided in their user profile indefinitely. This allows you to log back in and access your past digital purchases. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username).
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account or have made a purchase, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes.
